When should a memorial be ordered?
Arranging a memorial is a process that should not be rushed. There is no requirement to wait any period of time. Whenever one begins to think about a memorial is a good time to start researching and ordering.
How long does it take to install the memorial?
The time frame from order is approximately six to ten weeks. Although is does depend on if its a standard memorial or a custom made one. We can accommodate rush orders. We have a large stock holding however should the memorial need to be manufactured this could extend the completion date.
What type of memorialisation do I need? I don’t know where to begin
There are many variables. It depends on the cemetery and the location within the cemetery. Give us a call and we will help you through the process.
Do you have the facility to offer finance for the memorial?
Yes, we are able to offer a finance facility through a reputable finance company.
I have seen a memorial I like but I cannot find it in your catalogue – can you help me?
Yes, we can quote for any memorial that you have seen or wish to design.

I would like a design on the memorial
We have many designs ranging from animals, flowers, religious symbols, sporting emblems etc. Alternatively if you have a favourite picture or badge you wish to have engraved on to the memorial, we can do this for you.
I would like to see a draft of how my inscription will look on the memorial
We always send our customers a computer generated proof of how the inscription is to look before it is inscribed on to the memorial.
What materials can be used to make a memorial?
Granite is the preferred material due to the hardness of the material and its everlasting qualities. It comes in a range of colours and the polish lasts forever.
How do I go about getting another name added to an existing memorial?
We are experts in doing additional inscriptions on site. We will go the gravesite - photos, rubbings and measurements will be taken of the existing headstone to assure an accurate duplicate. The memorial may or may not have to be removed.
What are cemetery fees?
The cemetery authority - ie; council or the cemetery trust charge a fee for the right to erect a memorial. We arrange for the permit to erect and pay the fee on your behalf.
